1. Refund Eligibility

At ProSiteMonitor, we strive to provide the best monitoring services. We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with our paid services, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase.
  • Service Downtime: If our monitoring service experiences significant downtime (more than 24 hours) due to issues on our end, you may be eligible for a prorated refund.
  • Billing Errors: If you were incorrectly charged or double-charged, we will issue a full refund for the erroneous charges.

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Subscription Renewals: Refunds are not available for automatic subscription renewals after the initial 7-day period.
  • Partial Months: If you cancel mid-billing cycle after the 7-day guarantee period, no prorated refund will be issued.
  • Account Violations: Refunds will not be issued if your account is terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service.
  • Add-on Services: One-time purchases and add-on services are non-refundable once activated.
  • Free Plans: Free plan services have no associated refund since they are provided at no cost.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide Information: Include your account email, subscription plan, purchase date, and transaction ID if available.
  3. Review Process: Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days and respond with a decision.
  4. Refund Processing: If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.

4. Refund Processing Time

Once your refund request is approved, the following timelines apply:

  • Processing: 3-5 business days for refund approval and processing.
  • Bank Transfer: 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your bank account or card statement.
  • Payment Gateway: Processing time may vary depending on your payment method and bank policies.

5. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. The cancellation terms are as follows:

  • Immediate Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription immediately. Access to paid features will continue until the end of your current billing period.
  • Auto-Renewal: Cancellation stops future auto-renewals. You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods.
  • No Partial Refunds: Canceling mid-cycle does not result in a prorated refund, except within the 7-day money-back guarantee period.
  • Data Retention: After cancellation, your data will be retained for 30 days, after which it may be permanently deleted.

6. Plan Downgrades and Credits

If you downgrade your subscription plan:

  • Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
  • No refund is provided for the difference between plan prices.
  • You will lose access to premium features included in your higher-tier plan after downgrade.
  • Any unused credits or features from the higher plan are forfeited upon downgrade.

7. Refunds Due to Service Issues

If you experience technical issues with our service that we cannot resolve:

  • Contact our support team first to allow us to resolve the issue.
  • If the issue cannot be resolved within 7 days, you may be eligible for a prorated refund.
  • Issues caused by your infrastructure, third-party services, or internet connectivity are not eligible for refunds.
  • Service limitations clearly stated in plan descriptions are not grounds for refunds.

8. Refund Method

All approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Refunds will be credited back to the original card used for payment.
  • Bank Transfers: Refunds via bank transfer will require you to provide bank account details.
  • Digital Wallets: Refunds to UPI, PayPal, or other digital wallets follow the same original payment method.
  • Alternative Methods: In exceptional cases, we may offer account credits instead of monetary refunds.

9. Free Trial Cancellation

If we offer a free trial period:

  • You can cancel anytime during the free trial period without being charged.
  • If you don't cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged for the selected plan.
  • Free trial cancellations are instant and do not require any refund processing.

10. Chargebacks and Disputes

We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any billing issues before initiating a chargeback:

  • Chargebacks initiated without contacting us may result in immediate account suspension.
  • We will work with you to resolve legitimate billing disputes quickly and fairly.
  • Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent account termination and legal action.

We reserve the right to modify this Refund & Return Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
